Victory want plain sailing past Mariners

Melbourne Victory coach Kevin Muscat says suggestions his side will wipe the floor with the A-League's bottom side Central Coast on Friday night are naive.

The deck appears to be weighted heavily in favour of the A-League champions against the Mariners, rocked by wantaway players and an eight-game ban imposed on Roy O'Donovan.

Muscat said Gui Finkler was fit enough to resume midfield duties, with new signing Jai Ingham and possibly long-term injury absentee Nick Ansell possibilities to feature in the squad.
