Melbourne Victory coach Kevin Muscat has lashed out at the sea of anti-A-League opinion released in the wake of fan violence reporting.

A News Corp report on Sunday which named and pictured banned A-League fans has sparked talk of walk-outs by A-League supporter groups this weekend.

Victory host Adelaide United on Saturday night and Muscat is eager to put the sport's critics in the shade with a display of attacking, entertaining football.
